To set up an appointment, you may use the convenient online scheduler on the left. The scheduler will allow you to choose the length and venue of your session (office, phone or Zoom), and give you a range of available time slots to choose from. When scheduling online please check to make sure the available time slots are listed in your local time zone.
You will also be able to book a single session or a group of four sessions. After you make your selection, you will be directed to Paypal where you can make payment by Paypal or credit card.
When scheduling an appointment, you will be asked to choose from among the following options:
- (1) Appointment Length & Fees:
- Free initial consultations are 45 minutes in length.
- Single sessions may be 60 or 75 minutes in length. The fees for these sessions are:
- 60-minute session: $140
- 75-minute session: $165
- Longer sessions are available by special arrangement. Please call or email me to schedule longer sessions. Do not use the online scheduler to set up longer appointments.
- (2) Single sessions or groups of four sessions:
- You may book sessions singly or in groups of four sessions. If you book four sessions, you will enjoy a discounted per session rate.
- The fees for these groups of four sessions are:
- Four 60-minute sessions: $500
- Four 75-minute sessions: $600
- Once booked, sessions may be easily rescheduled using the online scheduler. If you decide to not use all of your sessions, you will be refunded for the unused sessions upon written request.
- (3) Meeting location:
- Please indicate whether you prefer to meet by phone or by Zoom online videoconferencing. Office visits are suspended until further notice.
- Psychotherapy by phone or videoconferencing is not available to clients outside Colorado.
- Coaching or guided Focusing sessions are available to clients regardless of location.

- Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Please do not use the cancellation option unless you intend to have no future appointments.
- Late cancellation or rescheduling without 24 hours notice are subject t0 a $10 late fee.
- If you fail to show up for an appointment with no advance notice of rescheduling or cancellation, you will be charged the full session rate.
